Element by Westin Opens in Wilmington's Mayfaire Town Center

The Element by Westin Wilmington has officially opened its doors in Mayfaire Town Center, marking a significant addition to the city's hospitality offerings.

Developed collaboratively by Vision Hospitality Group and CBL & Associates, this 139-room extended-stay hotel introduces the Element brand to Wilmington for the first time.

Guests can enjoy a range of on-site amenities, including a restaurant and bar, laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and versatile meeting spaces.

Emphasizing sustainability, the hotel features electric vehicle charging stations, filtered water systems, and complimentary bike rentals, aligning with the growing demand for eco-friendly accommodations.

Mitch Patel, CEO of Vision Hospitality Group, expressed pride in expanding the company's portfolio with the Element brand in Wilmington.

He highlighted the partnership with CBL & Associates as instrumental in developing a space that seamlessly combines hospitality with sustainability.

This opening represents Vision's second Element property and their second hotel in the Wilmington area, underscoring their commitment to the region's growth.

The introduction of the Element by Westin is part of a broader wave of development in and around Mayfaire Town Center.

Notably, plans for Mayfaire West, a new residential community adjacent to the Town Center, have been unveiled.

Developed by BrodyCo, this project aims to offer 256 apartments and 223 townhomes, complemented by nine acres of green space and extensive pedestrian and bike pathways.

These developments reflect Wilmington's dynamic growth and the increasing appeal of mixed-use communities that blend residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
