Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

8 oz. cream cheese 18 oz. frozen corn, thawed softened and cubed 1/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper 4 Tbsp. butter 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated 1/3 cup milk 1/2 Tsp. salt 1/4 Tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350* Grease a 2 quart baking dish. In a medium pot over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter. Stir in milk until smooth. Add salt, pepper, corn and cayenne pepper. Pour mixture into a prepared dish and and top with grated cheese. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes. |
